I think almost everyone would agree cutting down on processed and ultra-processed food is one of the keys to better health. However, this can be challenging in practice because processed food manufacturers have engineered their products to also be ultra-addictive! The good news is you can retrain your palette to appreciate whole foods again, it just takes some time and patience.
If you've seen some of my videos and presentations before, you may remember that I recommend approaching this process slowly. Cold turkey is one way to do it, but it's difficult and your new healthy food habit doesn't usually stick.
Instead, if you reduce eating ultra-processed food over time, it gives your body and palette a chance to adjust. Plus, your body will start upregulating the processes needed to be able to burn both fat and sugar for energy instead of only relying on sugar.
Even if you don't want to go fully keto, our getting started with keto resource guide gives you some great tools to start reducing sugar and processed foods in your diet.

I was able to finagle a free cookbook for you just in time for the holidays. There is no limit on the number of cookbooks I can give away so feel free to forward this email and share the gift with your friends. All you...

Many of you have downloaded my Thanksgiving cookbook already, and you can also find the recipes on the website for easy reference here. As for the website, it has been intermittently affected by the Cloudflare outage today so if any of the links here give you an error, be sure to try again later...
