Fitness, purpose… and one small favor


I’ll keep this short and sweet.

For the past few weeks, I’ve been competing for a chance to be on the cover of Ms. Health & Fitness. I honestly can’t believe I’ve made it this far.

To be featured on the cover of a fitness magazine after age 50 would be such a meaningful full-circle moment.

They support children with cancer and their families while funding innovative research to improve outcomes. There is a lot of cancer in my family, unfortunately, so this is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.
