4 High-Protein Dinners You Can Make in 15 Minutes 💪

I just got back from a snowboarding trip in Utah and I'm still thawing out. It wasn't the best snow year out West unfortunately, but we still had a great time. You make the most of it when you're out there!

The upside of fewer powder days? I got a ton of work done. Between runs, I was studying for my NASM personal trainer certification and I knocked out a bunch of new content for the site that I'm really excited about.

One thing that hasn't changed no matter where I am: I'm still cook every day. That's one of the great things about staying in a VRBO vs hotel. The meals I keep coming back to are the simple ones. The ones that take 15 to 20 minutes, use ingredients I already have, and actually hit my protein goals.

That's why I just published a whole collection of high-protein ground beef meals on the site. If you've ever stared at a pound of ground beef and wondered what to do with it besides make a burger, these are for you.

Here's what's in the collection:

15-Minute Keto Ground Beef Meals - Quick weeknight dinners when you don't want to think too hard

Ground Beef Meal Prep Ideas - Cook once, eat well all week

High-Protein Keto Ground Beef Recipes - Protein-forward bowls and skillet recipes

Easy Ways to Hit 30-40g Protein Per Meal - Because consistency with protein matters more than perfection

Every recipe is real food, nothing complicated, and designed to make hitting your protein goals feel automatic. Ground beef is one of the most budget-friendly ways to do it.

If you make any of these, I'd love to hear about it. Just hit reply.

Cheering you on,

Cheryl McColgan Founder, Heal Nourish Grow

Years ago after I started reading the research on PFAS and phthalates, I made a list of every potential exposure in my kitchen and felt mildly horrified. The pans, the plastic storage containers, the candles, the cling wrap, the fragrance in the dish soap...all of these carry potential health hazards. The instinct, when you read enough of this research, is to throw everything out and start over, but that isn't necessary. I have spent the last few years swapping things out gradually and I want...

Yesterday was a hard leg day, the kind where you know you'll feel it on the stairs for the next 48 hours. I had dinner out with a girlfriend that evening, we split a bottle of wine and spent two glorious hours catching up. We laughed at the kind of stuff you can only laugh at with someone who has known you for 13 years and discussed all the conspiracy theories where the AI overlords rule and make us thankful we have friends with farms. You know, the usual 😂 Given the wine, leg day and later...
